Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and compare them with dealer records.

• Liaise with dealer and corporate office staff.

• Confirm collateral and evaluate its state.

• Deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and plan inspections for optimal efficiency within stipulated deadlines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC to carry out services.

• Execute inventory verification and valuation services for financed assets throughout the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible scheduling and availability during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Openness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficiency in using mobile applications.

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• A smartphone running Android or iOS.

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.
