Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform physical assessments of dealer inventories and align them with their records.

• Effectively interact with dealership staff and personnel from the head office.

• Validate financed assets, evaluate their condition, and provide accurate, timely reports.

• Schedule and organize inspections efficiently to adhere to necessary deadlines.

• Utilize a company-issued tablet to carry out job responsibilities.

• Carry out inventory inspections at various businesses on a part-time, as-needed basis.

• Availability for a flexible schedule during weekday business hours.

• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a radius of 300 km.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk continuously for 7.5 hours.

• Bilingual fluency in French and English is essential for this territory.
