Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform physical evaluations of dealer inventories and compare them with their documentation.

• Effectively engage with dealership staff and personnel from the head office.

• Confirm the status of financed assets, evaluate their condition, and deliver accurate and timely reports.

• Organize and schedule inspections efficiently to adhere to deadlines.

• Utilize a company-issued tablet to carry out assigned responsibilities.

• Execute financed asset verifications for manufacturers, banks, and financial institutions throughout the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability during business hours on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Access to reliable transportation and possession of a valid driver's license.

• Openness to travel within a 300 km radius.

• Proficiency in using mobile applications.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory for this area.

• Open to Canadian applicants only.

• Familiarity with inventory financing, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous.

• Relevant experience in roles such as building inspector, claims adjuster, mortgage inspector, or inventory control specialist is a plus.
