Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical inspections of dealer inventories and ensure they match dealer records.

• Maintain communication with both dealer and home office personnel.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate its condition, and deliver timely and accurate reports.

• Organize and plan inspections for optimal efficiency within specified deadlines.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while executing services.

• Perform inventory verification services for manufacturers, banks, and finance companies across the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and be available during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Require reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius is necessary.

• Should be comfortable using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Possess strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 7.5 hours.

• Must own a smartphone (either Android or iOS).

• Understanding of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is a plus but not mandatory.

• Work authorization status will be verified through E-Verify post-hire.
