Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and align them with dealer records.

• Liaise with dealer and corporate office staff.

• Confirm collateral and evaluate its condition.

• Deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and plan inspections for optimal efficiency within designated timeframes.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC to execute services.

• Carry out inventory verification and valuation services for financed assets at various business sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and be available during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius is essential.

• Must be comfortable using mobile applications.

• Attention to detail and a readiness to learn are required.

• Strong communication skills are necessary.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

• Must possess a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must provide work authorization information through Form I-9/E-Verify after being hired.
