
Field Execution Manager, Beverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Conduct regular sales calls with key local and regional retail field management personnel.
• Negotiate and secure enhanced in-store execution, including additional shelf space, cooler placements, and display implementation within key accounts.
• Collaborate with commercial marketing to guarantee exceptional execution of retail activations.
• Review monthly performance metrics with distributors and formulate actionable plans to bridge any gaps.
• Work alongside district managers and field management teams to set in-store execution standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for distributor account managers to resolve issues and explore opportunities.
• Provide training and support on brand positioning and product knowledge to distributor sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, placement, and promotional implementation.
• Build and nurture relationships with distributor partners to align with sales objectives.
• Engage directly with retailers and store personnel to enhance in-store brand presence.
• Optimize product placement on shelves and displays.
• Collect insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Document daily sales activities, customer interactions, and distributor management updates using CRM tools.
• Follow up on order statuses and ensure timely delivery to distributors and retail partners.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance, objectives, and key insights.
• 3-10 years of experience in sales, field execution, distributor management, or a similar position within the beverage, FMCG, or CPG sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory (driver’s license is a requirement).
• A valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that adheres to Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines.
• A reliable smartphone with camera functionality from the past 3 years for CRM tools and capturing field execution visuals.
