Field Deployed Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Operate the Care Delivery Platform both on-site and on public roadways.

• Analyze route specifications and vehicle range; strategize around gaps in the charging network.

• Manage Level 2 and DC fast charging sessions and address any charging malfunctions.

• Conduct arrival surveys, leveling, module setup, interlock checks, shore power connections, and secure the vehicle.

• Interpret interface faults, safely isolate problems, and identify necessary repairs on-site.

• Execute walkarounds and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.

• Leverage platform trends to minimize downtime.

• Report issues to Mission Mobile Medical along with telemetry history.

• Welcome patients, oversee traffic flow around the Care Delivery Platform, and offer assistance as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Relevant certifications in automotive, EV, or electrical trade training are preferred.

• Previous experience in field service, fleet maintenance, EV service, or a comparable hands-on technical position is preferred.

• Comfort with driving, understanding basic vehicle systems, and using diagnostic tools is essential.

• A strong respect for all individuals and a commitment to being a Servant Leader is expected.

• A willingness to embrace the company culture and SERVICE values is crucial.

• Must be capable and willing to deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
