Field Clinical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Field Clinical Specialists.

• Design and execute training programs focused on electrophysiology and commercial ablation case assistance.

• Assess and monitor team performance while offering constructive feedback and coaching.

• Deliver clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals during cardiac ablation procedures.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

• Keep abreast of trends, advancements, and best practices within the electrophysiology industry.

• Travel to clinical sites to assist team activities and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

• Aid in the commercial launch and effective implementation and utilization of the Globe Pulsed Field System.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 5 years of experience leading a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiology or serving as a Field Trainer.

• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in electrophysiology procedures and products.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

• Willingness to accept additional responsibilities as needed.

• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

• A valid Driver’s License is required.

• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
