Field Claim Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments in accordance with SOS field inventory protocols.

• Fulfill designated tasks in line with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.

• Support business development efforts for both new and existing service offerings.

• Foster, develop, and sustain customer relationships with adjusters to enhance retention and encourage repeat business.

• Maintain daily communication with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational challenges and enhancements.

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Accept additional duties as assigned.

• Conduct post-loss insurance claim work in challenging conditions.

• Complete work assignments in a safe and efficient manner.

• Travel to various site locations within the designated geographic area.

• Results-driven, with the capacity to achieve goals in a collaborative environment.

• Willingness to travel to site locations within the assigned geographic area.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical limitations.

• Capacity to work autonomously without direct onsite supervision.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for work purposes.

• Experience in Property and Casualty claims is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
