Field Auto Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers at their residences, repair facilities, and towing yards.

• Prepare estimates and assist customers through the repair or total loss processes.

• Perform in-person visits, conduct virtual inspections, and manage written communications.

• Assess vehicle damage and interpret policies to ascertain coverage eligibility.

• Investigate casualty claims and those related to applicable lines of business.

• Maintain communication with customers via phone, email, and video chat.

• Negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.

• Utilize estimation tools, job aids, and settlement platforms to facilitate claims resolution.

• Accurately document claims within the claims management system.

• Ensure clear and timely maintenance of case records.

• Collaborate with body shops and service providers effectively.

• Participate in two weeks of in-person training at the Dallas, TX office if necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months’ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC One.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to create accurate and comprehensive estimates.

• Comfortable using technology and various platforms for claims processing.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.

• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel are necessary.

• Required licenses must be acquired within 60 days of employment.

• Must maintain all necessary licensing for the position, including ongoing education and state-required renewal processes.

• Candidate must reside in Springfield or Manassas, VA.

• A dedicated, private workspace is required for remote work.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds is necessary.
