This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, workbacks, and critical path activities.
β’ Oversee project execution in collaboration with Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, GRC, Product, Legal, Finance, PMO, and external partners.
β’ Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, action items, and decision logs related to the project.
β’ Organize project status meetings, stakeholder reviews, steering committee sessions, and governance activities.
β’ Develop executive dashboards, project reports, readiness updates, and materials to support decision-making.
β’ Maintain documentation including project files, meeting records, status reports, and governance logs.
β’ Coordinate readiness initiatives for FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 implementation, GovRAMP efforts, assessment tasks, POA&M management, and authorization documentation.
β’ Manage audit preparations, evidence gathering, readiness assessments, and authorization package processes.
β’ Collaborate with FedRAMP accelerator partners, assessors, cloud providers, and supporting vendors.
β’ Monitor contractual obligations, project commitments, timelines, and vendor performance.
β’ Oversee onboarding processes and project resource allocation.
β’ Track approved budgets, staffing strategies, tooling investments, vendor fees, and project expenditures.
β’ Escalate any project risks, resource limitations, budget implications, and obstacles to delivery.
β’ Facilitate communication among stakeholders, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
β’ Extensive proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully overseeing cross-functional projects and programs.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
β’ Strong expertise and experience in a consultative role.
β’ Experience collaborating with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
β’ Exceptional facilitation and project management capabilities.
β’ Proficiency in Project Management and Change Management tools and methodologies.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Strong oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Outstanding presentation skills.
β’ Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management capabilities.
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proven ability to influence, motivate, and engage team members and business partners.
β’ Direct experience with GovRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC, or other related government compliance frameworks.
β’ Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing project budgets.
β’ Proven success in envisioning, developing, and executing new strategies.
β’ Excellent conflict management, interpersonal, negotiation, and collaborative skills.
β’ Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
β’ Change Management certification is preferred.
