Feasibility Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform draft site feasibility questionnaires into a digital survey platform and format them accordingly.

• Implement branching, conditional logic, and scoring criteria as established by the Feasibility Lead.

• Create reporting templates for surveys within the survey platform or using external systems.

• Perform quality checks on prospective investigators prior to survey outreach.

• Verify existing CDAs before initiating the survey.

• Upload selected site lists into the survey management system and confirm inclusion of designated investigators.

• Initiate surveys and oversee the preparation and management of the survey process.

• Reconcile the status of surveys and ensure that notes and details are accurately documented.

• Identify, gather, research, and update any invalid or missing contact information.

• Track and report country-level responses to aid in proactive risk assessment and mitigation planning.

• Implement the established site identification strategy, including prioritization of sites.

• Utilize the defined communication strategy and associated materials.

• Support modifications to survey content, scoring criteria, and lists of sites and countries.

• Oversee site CDA negotiations and provide internal status updates.

• Finalize survey closure tasks, including notifications to sites.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
