Family Nurse Practitioner, CO Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient care through tele-health visits, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and partake in other ongoing educational activities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer virtual clinical services around the clock, every day of the year, as part of the Virtual Medical Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed a nationally accredited FNP program with certification.

• Within the last five years, have worked as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of two years in an outpatient primary care environment seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR two years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a license in CO and the capability to obtain additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts, with every other Saturday and/or Sunday required.

• Current shifts are scheduled between (7am-6pm PST and 11am-10pm PST).

• Demonstrated excellent clinical and communication skills.

• A strong passion for human-centered primary care.

• Ability to effectively engage with and provide care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• A commitment to being a vital part of a team focused on transforming healthcare delivery.

• Willingness to receive feedback and reflect for gaining constructive insights into strengths and weaknesses.

• Ability to navigate uncertain situations confidently with both patients and colleagues.

• Preparedness to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors to cater to patient needs.
