Family Nurse Practitioner – CO Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth consultations, which include telephonic triage, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other methods.

• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Deliver virtual clinical services in collaboration with patients’ primary care providers as part of a comprehensive 24/7, 365-day team-based approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited FNP program and possess a national certification.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment, or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine, within the last 5 years, treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently hold a valid license in CO and the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work both weekday and weekend shifts, including alternating Saturdays and/or Sundays.

• Available for shifts during the hours of 7am–6pm PST and 11am–10pm PST.

• Demonstrate excellent clinical and communication abilities.

• Possess clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• Proficient in using technology to provide high-quality care.

• Capable of communicating effectively with and caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Open to receiving feedback and engaging in self-reflection.

• Able to navigate challenging situations with patients and colleagues.

• Prepared to adjust personal and interpersonal conduct to address patient needs.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
