This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and assist in case strategies by preparing discovery materials, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation preparations.

• Submit documents to the court and create trial exhibits.

• Act as a “dealmaker” — aiding families in creatively resolving disputes outside of the courtroom.

• Exhibit confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and well-informed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A skilled paralegal with over 5 years of experience in family law litigation.

• Practical, empathetic, and focused on client needs.

• Someone who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Familiarity with Clio or similar software.
