This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive onsite surveys of facilities, encompassing MEP systems, fire and life safety systems, building envelopes, and site enhancements.

• Execute meticulous data entry and documentation adhering to both internal and client-specific standards.

• Capture high-resolution images and digital records of building systems, site conditions, and any deficiencies.

• Engage with property owners, facilities managers, and site personnel to discuss operational history, maintenance logs, and overall building performance.

• Work collaboratively with senior staff to assess and validate findings against project scope and objectives.

• Utilize specialized data collection software and mobile applications for real-time input, storage, and transmission of asset data.

• Liaise with site stakeholders and internal project teams to facilitate project execution and address onsite challenges.

• Travel frequently, up to 75% of the time, including international trips.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures, data collection protocols, and safety policies.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities management, or a related field; or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• 0–3 years of experience in building assessment, field inspection, or construction operations.

• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, structural, building envelope, and material handling systems.

• Onsite data collection or field auditing experience is highly preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to work remotely and travel extensively.

• Skill in converting complex technical observations into clear, actionable data.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Advanced skills in mobile technology, data collection applications, digital photography, and virtual collaboration tools.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including internationally.

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret technical documents and building drawings.

• Proficient in interacting effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Competence in writing concise and accurate field notes and reports.

• Relevant trade or professional certifications are advantageous.
