
Externship Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist students throughout the externship placement and completion process once program prerequisites have been satisfied.
β’ Oversee and manage the externship CRM system.
β’ Develop, sustain, and grow a national network of externship sites and partners.
β’ Ensure the prompt placement of qualified students into appropriate externship sites.
β’ Handle communication with students and externship sites during the placement process.
β’ Provide guidance to students regarding externship policies, procedures, and expectations.
β’ Offer tailored professional support and act as the primary point of contact for any externship-related questions and issues.
β’ Address student inquiries and maintain communication until the completion of their externship.
β’ Gather, review, and document the necessary externship materials and performance evaluations.
β’ Monitor and assess feedback from students and partners, offering recommendations for improvement to leadership.
β’ Accurately record student data in the placement CRM and other relevant systems.
β’ Collaborate with academic departments, learner success teams, instructors, as well as product and technology teams.
β’ Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placement rates, communication metrics, and student satisfaction.
β’ Participate in team initiatives and contribute to broader organizational objectives.
β’ Assist with appointments and other academic responsibilities as necessary.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in a healthcare education environment.
β’ Familiarity with supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
β’ Background in Allied healthcare job and externship placement programs.
β’ Must live and work within the United States.
β’ Must be willing and able to travel as required.
β’ Must fulfill applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
β’ Must complete employment eligibility verification via Form I-9.
β’ Must be comfortable working in a remote, on-camera culture and be on camera during meetings unless there are extenuating circumstances.
