Expert Project Manager, Spanish – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery process for a team of senior domain specialists focused on training and evaluating AI agents.

• Take responsibility for throughput, quality, and expert performance for the Spanish (Spain) cohort.

• Coordinate work across various domains including finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM, and HR.

• Manage teams of senior professionals distributed across different locations.

• Supervise quality control and review workflows.

• Achieve daily delivery goals.

• Collaborate with prominent researchers on AI training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in managing delivery programs.

• Ideal candidates should have experience in expert-data, AI training, or professional-services operations.

• Must be a native or fluent Spanish speaker.

• Hold a degree from a top-20 university in Spain.

• Proven experience in managing distributed teams of senior professionals.

• Familiarity with quality control and review workflows is essential.

• Experience in consistently meeting daily delivery targets.

• Capable of working as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
