Expert Project Manager, German – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery for a group of senior domain specialists who are training and assessing AI agents.

• Take responsibility for throughput, quality, and expert performance within the German (Germany) cohort.

• Oversee delivery across sectors including finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM, and HR.

• Manage geographically dispersed teams of senior professionals.

• Supervise quality control processes and review workflows.

• Achieve daily delivery objectives.

• Collaborate with top researchers on projects related to AI training and enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing delivery programs, preferably in expert-data, AI training, or professional services operations.

• Must be native or fluent in German.

• Hold a degree from a top-20 university in Germany.

• Proven experience in managing distributed teams of senior professionals.

• Familiarity with quality control and review workflows is essential.

• Track record of meeting daily delivery targets.

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
