
Expert Product Manager – Cloud-Native Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the product strategy and implementation for Acxiom Real Identity cloud-native applications across Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and AWS.
• Establish the product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and priority investment areas.
• Convert client and market demands into product specifications, use cases, and prioritized development agendas.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture leaders across various cloud platforms.
• Ensure alignment of the roadmap, promoting interoperability, scalability, consistency, performance, and expedited market entry.
• Direct secure and privacy-focused workflows for identity resolution, enrichment, collaboration, audience creation, measurement, and activation.
• Oversee the comprehensive product lifecycle from discovery and business case formulation to launch, adoption, optimization, and eventual retirement.
• Recognize dependencies and guide decision-making across product, engineering, platform, and delivery teams.
• Formulate business plans that drive revenue growth, client adoption, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness.
• Participate in pricing, licensing, commercialization, positioning, go-to-market strategies, pre-sales, and client engagement efforts.
• Create product materials, demonstrations, and presentations for executives.
• Assess marketplace, private deployment, consumption-based, subscription, and enterprise licensing models.
• Explore build, buy, or partnership opportunities and cultivate relationships with cloud and technology partners.
• Coordinate enhancements that eliminate barriers to adoption.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, security, compliance, and data governance teams on consent, access controls, minimization, auditability, and permissible usage.
• Facilitate decisions regarding data movement, client-managed environments, intellectual property, and third-party platform requirements.
• Articulate product strategy, investment requirements, delivery risks, performance metrics, and market opportunities to executives.
• Mentor product managers and drive cross-team initiatives through influence and expertise.
• No direct reports; may provide guidance to less experienced associates.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of eight years of product management or related experience, including responsibility for complex products or multiple concurrent product tracks.
• Proven experience in defining and executing strategies for enterprise software, SaaS, data platforms, or cloud-native products.
• Working familiarity with cloud-native application models within Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and/or AWS.
• Ability to convert technical platform capabilities into scalable, market-ready products.
• Strong grasp of product management methodologies, product discovery, roadmap formulation, prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in developing business cases and managing products against revenue, adoption, cost, and performance goals.
• Domain expertise in identity, marketing technology, advertising technology, marketing data products, data collaboration, or another information-intensive sector.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, governance, and compliance considerations for enterprise data products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, privacy, legal, sales, marketing, partnerships, and delivery teams.
• Background in business development, commercialization, or other market-facing roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Capability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Preferred: advanced knowledge of Acxiom Real Identity, Acxiom data products, and Acxiom delivery and activation capabilities.
• Preferred: product leadership experience with native applications, partner marketplaces, private deployments, or data-sharing applications in Databricks or Snowflake.
• Preferred: experience in developing data products or applications within Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, or AWS.
• Preferred: familiarity with identity resolution, identity graphs, data enrichment, clean rooms, data collaboration, audience activation, and measurement.
• Preferred: experience in safeguarding proprietary data, algorithms, and identity assets in client-controlled environments.
• Preferred: experience across multiple product lines, cloud platforms, or geographic markets.
• Preferred: experience with highly regulated, privacy-sensitive, or pseudonymous data.
• Up to 33% travel required.
