• Assist AI companies in developing outstanding product and design teams.

• Aid professionals in finding fulfilling job opportunities.

• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

• Successfully complete hires and earn commissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior+ level experience as a Product Manager, Designer, or Product Leader.

• A robust professional network and/or a substantial following.

• Availability for a few hours each week dedicated to community and recruitment activities.

• Alignment with hirehire’s core values.

• Relevant experience in recruitment, sourcing, or interviewing candidates.

• Capacity to operate in an English-speaking environment.
