This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and serve as a liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp.
• Direct collaborations among Labcorp study team members to ensure effective study execution.
• Oversee project management for client deliverables, including budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Enhance communications between clients and the broader Labcorp study team, such as the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.
• Assess statements of work (SOWs) to ensure quality implementation of client-specific needs.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, global studies.
• Represent clients within Labcorp Central Laboratory Services and across various Labcorp business units.
• Document and respond to customer expectations while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Navigate conflicting priorities and make challenging decisions within dynamic timelines.
• Implement, track, and report on performance metrics.
• Engage in ongoing process improvement, quality enhancement, and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to grasp the culture and pipeline of assigned clients.
• Cultivate relationships internally and externally to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
• Attend functional meetings to provide input and maintain updated processes.
• Adhere to LCLS Global Project Management strategy.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline, and stakeholder management.
• 5 or more years of experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Proven capability to drive project execution and influence cross-functional teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead client communications with confidence, manage expectations, influence outcomes, and forge long-term trusted partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority, align cross-functional teams, and eliminate obstacles.
• Proven capacity to think beyond immediate project tasks and contribute to broader client, operational, and organizational goals.
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach, dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Proven success in process improvement, change management, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies, and clinical development processes.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a history of accountability, independent decision-making, and successful execution of complex projects.
• Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions that align with client and business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is preferred.
• Project Management training or certification (PMP, Prince2) is preferred.
