Experience Consultant IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design the comprehensive experience for projects, from initial planning to final results.

• Develop the online selection process, considering project timelines, objectives, and candidate experience.

• Collaborate with clients to align expectations and present proposals for selection processes and outcomes.

• Track project KPIs, manage data, and generate analytical reports.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with project diversity metrics.

• Create supportive materials for both clients and candidates.

• Connect with the youth community through organized interactions and content initiatives.

• Organize the selection and ranking process, managing invitations and rejections at each stage.

• Plan and create proposals for online and/or in-person group exercises and panel discussions.

• Coordinate and manage online and/or in-person interview processes.

• Handle approvals, deliberations, and feedback effectively.

• Confident communication skills.

• Experience in the Human Resources field.

• Ability to work remotely.

• Higher education or an unspecified educational background.
