Executive Recruiter – Health & Life Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job descriptions and develop job postings.

• Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the offer process.

• Identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and various other avenues.

• Develop and sustain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.

• Interact with candidates to foster a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Organize new-hire onboarding and assist new employees during their transition.

• Contribute to employer-branding efforts and advocate for the company as a preferred employer.

• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract talent.

• Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and internal policies.

• Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and cost per hire, and generate reports for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (mandatory).

• 8–10 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional).

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with recruitment software tools.

• Experience in digital recruitment strategies.

• Background in strategic recruitment practices.

• Expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

• Knowledge of healthcare financial services is a plus.
