Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, addressing any client concerns that arise.

• Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources and industry professionals to promote the Rocket brand and assist clients in securing real estate financing.

• Engage with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.

• Assess credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other financial documents to qualify clients for financing.

• Foster relationships with mortgage referral sources and advocate for the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Provide advice and education to clients regarding home-buying, refinancing, and mortgage management strategies.

• Build, develop, and sustain a portfolio of business to enhance referrals and revenue generation.

• Deliver exceptional client service to both referral sources and clients.

• Keep abreast of Rocket Mortgage products, qualification criteria, and any updates to processes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to support business development and generate leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination is required.

• Possession of state and federal licenses is necessary.

• A proven history of securing referrals and generating lead volume is essential.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills are required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination is preferred.

• A desire to thrive and evolve in an entrepreneurial setting is preferred.
