This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process, from application to closing, while addressing any client concerns.

• Develop and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and past clients.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situations in order to recommend suitable loan products.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other documentation to determine eligibility for financing.

• Foster relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and advise clients on the home-buying and refinancing processes, as well as effective mortgage management.

• Build, develop, and sustain a client portfolio to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Provide exceptional service to both referral sources and clients.

• Keep updated on Rocket Mortgage's product offerings, qualifying criteria, and process updates.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to facilitate business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• A proven history of securing referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A desire to thrive and progress in an entrepreneurial setting.

• Must operate within the California mortgage market; candidates from Los Angeles County and San Francisco are subject to relevant Fair Chance regulations.
