📋 Description

• Engage in discussions regarding workforce planning and labor market analysis.

• Provide feedback on operational workforce assessments and frameworks.

• Analyze compensation trends, hiring patterns, and execution-capacity limitations.

• Offer guidance on contractor workforce visibility and regional workforce initiatives.

• Evaluate workforce intelligence frameworks in relation to field conditions.

• Assist in interpreting industry trends and validating operational practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in construction leadership roles encompassing operations, project management, preconstruction, workforce planning, estimating, labor planning, contractor development, or field operations.

• Previous positions such as Director of Construction, VP of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Executive, or equivalent roles.

• Relevant experience in commercial, infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, civil, or specialty-trades construction.

• Open to both full-time employment and project-based contract opportunities.

• Remote-first work setting with travel as necessary for partner engagements and fieldwork.

• Willingness to participate in limited monthly remote advisory sessions.

• Interest in issues related to workforce scarcity, compensation competitiveness, and operational labor analysis.
