This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for Site Payment Services.
• Assess and enhance operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery methods.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to pinpoint opportunities that improve operational performance and client value.
• Act as a vital leader within the Site Activation Center of Excellence.
• Anticipate industry trends and evolving site requirements to guide future service strategy.
• Lead a global Site Payment Services organization overseeing investigator payment operations, budget setup, reconciliation, reporting, and site-facing support.
• Set performance metrics and accountability standards to foster operational excellence.
• Ensure prompt, precise, compliant, and efficient delivery of site payment services.
• Identify chances to streamline processes and enhance scalability throughout the organization.
• Spearhead the modernization of Site Payment Services via automation, digital solutions, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Advocate for innovation and cultivate a culture that embraces change and new methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Technology teams to modernize systems, processes, and data capabilities.
• Work with Finance, Project Leadership, Commercial, Contracts, Site Activation, and Technology teams to enhance the investigator financial lifecycle.
• Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as an executive escalation point for intricate operational and stakeholder challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse global leadership team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
• Guide teams through organizational growth and transformation initiatives.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare services sectors.
• Extensive experience in leading global operational teams and managing complex business functions.
• Profound understanding of investigator financial operations and the wider clinical trial ecosystem.
• Proven experience in driving large-scale transformation, process enhancements, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives that span multiple geographic areas and business functions.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with investigator payment technologies, financial systems, or site-facing operational platforms.
• A history of implementing automation, digital transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
