Executive Director, Clinical Supply Consulting – Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance a consulting and advisory capability focused on clinical supply.

• Create standardized offerings, methodologies, frameworks, delivery benchmarks, and intellectual property.

• Define an operational model that ensures high-quality delivery, quantifiable customer outcomes, and sustainable growth.

• Recruit and cultivate a team of clinical supply specialists.

• Provide guidance to clinical supply, development operations, clinical operations, and cross-functional leadership teams.

• Assist clients in navigating forecasting, manufacturing scenarios, inventory strategies, depot planning, overage management, risk reduction, and protocol-change implications.

• Lead executive discussions that transform intricate data and uncertainties into definitive decisions and actions.

• Support strategic customer interactions, governance meetings, and business evaluations.

• Integrate clinical supply planning with RTSM execution and real-time trial information.

• Identify avenues to minimize waste, enhance responsiveness, and safeguard patient service levels.

• Collaborate with leaders in Product, Technology, Commercial, and Delivery to develop scalable capabilities.

• Influence product priorities, workflow design, analytics, and decision-support applications.

• Represent the voice of the customer in clinical supply intelligence solutions.

• Engage in strategic initiatives, executive briefings, proposals, and solution design.

• Develop consulting-driven entry points and growth opportunities within sponsor organizations.

• Represent Endpoint at industry events and establish external thought leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in clinical trial supply management, clinical supply strategy, supply-chain consulting, clinical operations, or a closely related field.

• In-depth knowledge of global clinical supply planning and execution, including aspects like forecasting, packaging and labeling, manufacturing limitations, inventory, distribution, depots, comparators, returns, and supply risk.

• Strong understanding of RTSM/IRT systems and the connection between supply planning and real-time study execution.

• Proven experience advising pharmaceutical or biotechnology firms on intricate operational and strategic matters.

• Demonstrated capability to build methodologies, offerings, teams, or new business functionalities.

• Established credibility and confidence with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong commercial acumen, including the aptitude to identify needs, shape solutions, support proposals, and generate measurable value.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• An advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
