Executive Director – Clinical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and expand clinical programs featuring clear, quantifiable outcomes.

• Collaborate with regional clinical and operational leaders to ensure consistent implementation and tackle challenges.

• Utilize outcomes data, audit results, and feedback from frontline staff to drive ongoing improvements.

• Work in conjunction with Clinical Quality, Care Delivery, Access, Product, Data Analytics, and training teams.

• Create the necessary tools and support for effective implementation.

• Ensure that initiatives are in line with clinical standards, regulatory mandates, and harm reduction strategies.

• Provide counsel to executive leadership on clinical strategy, advancements, and outcomes.

• Steer initiatives from initial concepts through pilot phases, evaluation, and organization-wide rollout.

• Lead using clinical expertise, trusted relationships, and collaboration with Clinical Directors and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master’s degree in behavioral health or a comparable field.

• Relevant independent-level clinical licensure.

• A minimum of seven years of direct experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.

• Three years of experience in leading clinical program design, quality improvement, or innovation at a multi-site or enterprise level.

• Proven track record of advancing initiatives from concept to widespread implementation.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to lead without direct supervisory authority.

• Dedication to health equity and person-centered, recovery-oriented care.

• Experience in a multi-site, matrixed healthcare organization is highly preferred.

• Reliable telephone and internet service with minimum download speeds of 50 Mbps and upload speeds of 10 Mbps.

• Relevant screening, credentialing, and state-specific requirements apply.

• Travel required on a monthly to quarterly basis, potentially increasing according to initiative demands.
