This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of intricate video and static workstreams, guaranteeing that milestones are achieved with creative excellence.
• Build and manage collaborative relationships with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Creative, XFN Production, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Drive projects to fulfill business goals, creative aspirations, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Lead external production partners and agencies to align with strategic, financial, and technical brand specifications.
• Supervise production budgets, statements of work, and resource distribution for multi-million-dollar campaign workstreams.
• Enhance localization processes and post-production workflows for extensive global launches.
• Ensure that customer experience, retail presence, and brand integrity inform creative decisions.
• Foster innovation and deliver culturally relevant, groundbreaking storytelling.
• Create transparency and predictability across workstreams through documentation, trackers, briefing materials, and delivery schedules.
• Serve as the liaison between the client’s creative retail team, marketing partners, cross-functional stakeholders, global partners, and agencies.
• Assist global production efforts, strategy alignment, go-to-market planning, product launches, campaign refreshes, and feature releases.
• Over 12 years of experience in managing creative development and execution within Broadcast Production, merging agency and in-house expertise.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar.
• Extensive knowledge of video production execution and delivery, including prototyping, live-action capture methods, AI tools, UI screen compositing, and complex post-production/VFX workflows.
• Additional experience in OLV, Social, OOH, and digital media.
• Familiarity with global campaigns and localization is advantageous.
• Confidence in managing senior-level executives through large-scale productions and navigating ambiguity within complex organizational structures.
• Experience with Airtable for project tracking and database management is a plus.
• Previous experience as a point of contact for marketing partners, creative teams, and external vendors.
• Proven track record of delivering groundbreaking global campaigns for retail settings.
• Experience with budgeting and billing reconciliation.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects across various workflows simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, organized problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Capability to adapt to changing expectations in a deadline-driven, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong professional communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven ability to execute multiple projects in a demanding environment with uncertain circumstances.
• Capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and be open to feedback and collaboration.
• Primarily remote work opportunity within the United States.
• Travel required multiple times each year.
• Contract duration through December 31, 2026, with the potential for extension.
