
Executive Assistant to CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain daily scheduling priorities.
• Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics.
• Compose, revise, and manage emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Assist in coordinating client calls, meetings, and follow-up communications.
• Professionally communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members on behalf of the CEO as required.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely follow-through and organization across priorities.
• Prepare and structure reports, spreadsheets, summaries, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain orderly records, files, and confidential documentation.
• Assist with expense tracking, financial documentation, and coordination with the accounting team as necessary.
• Coordinate administrative logistics, appointments, and scheduling needs related to executive operations.
• Facilitate internal communication and information flow across departments as directed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive office as needed.
• Address occasional urgent matters outside of standard business hours.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional, polished, and diplomatic communication skills are required.
• High attention to detail with robust follow-through and accountability.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable learning and working with new software systems and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive in a remote work environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Capability to travel to the United States with a valid Passport, Visa, ESTA, Green Card, or other authorization.
• 100% remote work environment with occasional travel to on-site conferences (depending on the position).
