This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the CRO's intricate global calendar management.
• Assess and prioritize meeting requests based on their business impact and strategic significance.
• Safeguard the executive's focus time while maintaining accessibility for key stakeholders.
• Organize customer meetings, board engagements, leadership sessions, and executive travel arrangements.
• Oversee travel logistics, itineraries, expense reporting, and the executive's schedule.
• Equip the CRO daily and weekly with briefing materials and summaries of meetings.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and the operating cadence effectively.
• Develop agendas and supporting documents for meetings.
• Document decisions, action items, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Propel follow-up actions and ensure accountability within the leadership team.
• Manage leadership team meetings, offsite events, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecasting discussions, and planning sessions.
• Track progress against organizational goals and priorities.
• Enhance communication across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
• Compose and refine executive communications, announcements, presentations, talking points, and updates for leadership.
• Prepare briefing documents for customers and prospects.
• Maintain oversight of revenue initiatives and strategic projects.
• Monitor organizational goals and business priorities effectively.
• Generate executive dashboards and reporting summaries.
• Assist in annual planning, operating reviews, and special project initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives as directed by the CRO.
• Promote process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions and eliminate execution barriers.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and communication flows proficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools to boost leadership productivity.
• Develop executive workflows, dashboards, trackers, and briefing materials.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices to enhance executive effectiveness.
• Enable the CRO to concentrate on customers, strategy, talent, and execution.
• Foster organizational accountability and ensure follow-through.
• Act as a trusted business partner and operational center for the CRO.
• Over 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex executive calendars and priorities.
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting a CRO, CEO, COO, President, or similar executive leader (preferred).
• Background in SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, or rapidly growing companies (preferred).
• Familiarity with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or business strategy functions (preferred).
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, Gong, or similar tools (preferred).
• Preference for candidates in the EST time zone.
