This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide comprehensive executive and personal assistance to the CEO of Nimble.
• Oversee and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including the scheduling, rescheduling, confirmation, and prioritization of meetings.
• Organize meetings with investors, partners, analysts, candidates, executives, and other relevant parties.
• Handle intricate scheduling across various time zones.
• Review presentations, meeting agendas, and supporting documents prior to significant meetings.
• Ensure the CEO is equipped with pertinent context, materials, and information before critical meetings.
• Manage the CEO’s email inbox, identify priorities, highlight important items, and facilitate follow-ups.
• Monitor commitments and action items.
• Arrange business and personal travel, including flights, trains, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and last-minute adjustments.
• Address travel and logistical challenges in real time.
• Handle personal and administrative documentation, such as Green Card-related processes, annual reports, international approvals, and other paperwork.
• Assist the CEO with personal tasks and day-to-day requirements.
• Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively tackle scheduling, administrative, and logistical issues.
• Coordinate logistics for Board meetings, Board dinners, and investor-related events.
• Aid in the preparation and organization of Board meeting materials.
• Collaborate with Board members, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
• Engage with employees, executives, investors, partners, service providers, and candidates on behalf of the CEO.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives led by the CEO.
• Maintain a responsive and adaptable approach as priorities and schedules evolve.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar position supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive.
• Native or fluent Hebrew is essential.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based executive or working across U.S. time zones is highly advantageous.
• Flexibility and availability beyond standard working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Outstanding calendar management, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High degree of discretion, maturity, reliability, and judgment.
• Capability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to foresee needs and operate proactively with minimal guidance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment.
