Executive Advisory – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of member relationships concentrating on Artificial Intelligence.

• Utilize subject matter knowledge to develop service solutions utilizing ExP and/or EITL products.

• Evaluate member Mission Critical Priorities and craft tailored service plans.

• Facilitate both on-site and virtual briefings, which include strategy sessions, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.

• Present or lead sessions at Gartner events as applicable.

• Collaborate with Gartner’s Sales team to ensure member engagement, renewals, and growth of the ETS business.

• Support executives spearheading strategic AI initiatives.

• Provide guidance on the implementation, integration, and enhancement of AI technologies.

• Offer training and mentorship on AI subjects to diverse audiences.

• Assist leaders in promoting AI literacy and responsible AI practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in consulting and/or CxO roles with over 15 years of progressive exposure to technology.

• Proficiency in AI, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Robotics, Product Development, BI, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, High Performance Computing, and Cloud technologies.

• Background in managing complex large-scale IT, digital, or business transformation projects.

• 7–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-wide AI programs across various business units within large organizations.

• Strong understanding of essential AI technologies and market dynamics.

• Familiarity and experience with Generative AI.

• Knowledge of AI organizational structures, governance practices, and maturity models is advantageous.

• Proven sales and/or business development experience and enthusiasm for engaging with CxO-level executives.

• A diverse industry background is encouraged, including public sector, banking and financial services, consumer-centric industries, manufacturing, life sciences, high tech, and healthcare.
