AI Safety Expert, English & Vietnamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in red teaming of conversational AI models and agents through techniques such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulations.

• Create human data by annotating errors, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Utilize taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing protocols.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios for clients.

• Evaluate AI outputs related to sensitive issues including bias, misinformation, and detrimental behaviors.

• Identify vulnerabilities that automated testing may overlook.

• Enhance evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected outcomes in production.

• Fortify customer AI systems through adversarial testing methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and Vietnamese.

• Previous experience in red teaming focused on AI adversarial practices, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.

• Capability to interrogate AI systems adversarially and challenge them to their limits.

• Familiarity with frameworks, taxonomies, benchmarks, or playbooks for systematic testing.

• Skill in articulating risks effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt to various projects and client needs.

• Status as an independent contractor is required.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.

• Additional expertise in adversarial ML, cybersecurity, socio-technical risk, or innovative probing is a plus.
