Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee participation in trade shows and conferences, managing booth logistics, promotional items, sponsorships, and marketing coordination.

• Organize and carry out hosted events, including the multi-day Partner Summit for ISO and agent partners.

• Administer venues, agendas, exhibitors, and ensure a positive attendee experience.

• Produce virtual events and webinars, from initial setup through to post-event follow-up.

• Collaborate with HR to facilitate internal events, offsite meetings, and company-wide gatherings.

• Coordinate event promotion efforts in conjunction with marketing and communications teams.

• Manage invitations, guides for exhibitors and sponsors, partner incentive campaigns, and post-show follow-ups.

• Keep the annual events calendar updated to align with sales and marketing priorities.

• Monitor budgets, maintain vendor relationships, and report on event performance and return on investment (ROI).

• Oversee event communications across email, social media, and website content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B event management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events at the same time.

• Experience in organizing a multi-day hosted conference, including managing exhibitors and sponsors.

• Proven experience with event budgets, preferably in the six-figure range.

• Familiarity with building and managing event registration and mobile app platforms.

• Strong project management abilities; capable of developing timelines and adhering to them.

• Proficient with webinar platforms like GoToWebinar or similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.

• Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner events, and on-site event execution.

• Experience in the fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS industries is an advantage.

• Knowledge of channel or partner programs, such as ISO/agent networks, is a plus.

• Familiarity with event registration and mobile app platforms like Eventmobi is beneficial.

• Previous exposure to Zoho or Salesforce is a bonus.
