This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement comprehensive congress, webinar, advisory board, and medical education event projects both onsite and remotely.
• Independently develop, configure, and launch live engagement applications utilizing the SpotMe Backstage Content Management System.
• Effectively manage relationships with customers and senior stakeholders through clear and timely communication.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.
• Provide training for faculty, field sales teams, booth personnel, and agencies.
• Review event applications while configuring and testing onsite technology, including interaction-tracking applications, microapps, iPads, and badge printers.
• Prepare and brief speakers for webinars, virtual sessions, medical standalone events, and symposia.
• Ensure that both virtual and face-to-face event operations proceed smoothly.
• Manage post-event communications and analyze the data collected from events.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and recommendations that highlight successes and areas for improvement.
• Manage congress or life science projects from start to finish, including onsite event representation.
• Encourage faculty to adopt medical education strategies.
• Lead projects across various use cases, including webinars, congresses, medical education, and advisory boards.
• Supervise projects in collaboration with junior and associate team members.
• Step into the Program Lead role for brand engagement initiatives.
• Assist in new business development through upsell referrals and support for sales team activities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in congress engagement, KOL and pharmaceutical stakeholder management, as well as project planning and execution for congress and medical education events.
• Experience in planning and executing congresses, conventions, or medical education events.
• Extensive knowledge in the planning and execution of pharmaceutical meetings and congresses.
• Familiarity with event approval workflows in Commercial, Medical, and Legal Review contexts.
• Capability to independently build, configure, and launch live engagement applications (web, mobile, portal, video, AI).
• Proficiency with the SpotMe Backstage Content Management System.
• Ability to manage relationships with US and EU customers, KOLs, and medical societies.
• Knowledge of navigating pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and legal review processes.
• Technical proficiency and the capacity to deliver practical solutions.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear and effective standard operating procedures.
• This role necessitates frequent travel, availability outside of regular hours, and weekend work commitments.
