This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the management and delivery of designated virtual or in-person event projects and/or focus areas.
β’ Strategically plan and execute numerous client meetings and events from start to finish.
β’ Oversee timelines and logistical aspects for multiple programs each month.
β’ Engage in both internal and external team meetings and calls with key stakeholders.
β’ Create and disseminate communications effectively.
β’ Manage the event registration process efficiently.
β’ Proactively escalate potential client or project issues to management and the account team.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for assigned client representatives.
β’ Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
β’ Collaborate with supplier partners and internal support teams.
β’ Navigate technology platforms and data-sharing tools adeptly.
β’ Supervise reporting and ensure accurate data management.
β’ Maintain financial accountability and manage project budgets responsibly.
β’ Anticipate challenges and respond swiftly to attendee requirements.
β’ Execute additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Event Management, Marketing Project Management, or Field Marketing within meetings, incentives, or field marketing programs.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
β’ Demonstrated financial management skills, with experience managing large volumes of financial transactions and preparing final billing reconciliations across multiple projects accurately and promptly.
β’ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Process-oriented with a strong ability to adhere to established processes and operational standards.
β’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under competing deadlines.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Enthusiasm for providing an outstanding client experience and contributing to business objectives.
β’ Willingness to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and/or on-site project management β approximately 1-2 times per year.
