Estimator, Door Hardware – Ironmongery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate and deliver precise live and tender quotations within specified turnaround times.

• Develop and manage schedules utilizing the company's scheduling system.

• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and requests for further information.

• Identify products and coordinate sample requests for clientele.

• Assist in negotiations to secure competitive pricing when applicable.

• Ensure all quotations are accurate, comprehensive, and meet customer specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Estimator and internal teams to provide outstanding customer service.

• Maintain precise records of quotations, schedules, and communications with customers.

• Partner with the internal team to guarantee timely service delivery to clients and to meet client expectations.

• Embody the principles of urgency, reliability, quality, and solution-oriented service in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in architectural ironmongery or a related field within the construction/building products sector.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eager to learn new systems.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Skills in product sourcing and negotiation are a plus.

• Customer service-oriented individual with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
