Estate Planning & Trust Attorney, Spanish-Speaking, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Prepare and evaluate estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.

• Provide counsel to clients regarding estate planning, trust management, and strategies for preserving wealth.

• Draft and assess documents and amendments related to trusts.

• Interact with Spanish-speaking clients and offer legal assistance throughout the estate planning process.

• Conduct legal research and support estate planning and trust-related matters.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to guarantee the timely and precise handling of client matters.

• Keep organized case files and adhere to all client and court timelines.

• Commit approximately 10+ hours per week, depending on demand.

• Participate in a 30-minute online meeting during the selection process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate planning and trust management.

• Proficient in Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Strong background in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

• Excellent skills in legal research, drafting, and analysis.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases efficiently.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Experience with WealthCounsel is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Trustate is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in trust administration and probate matters.

• Knowledge of advanced estate planning strategies is preferred.

• Experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus.
