This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Receive hand-offs from our Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services for our clients.
• Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to assess their estate planning requirements.
• Typical deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLC formations.
• Draft estate planning documents using your preferred methods or utilize our document templates.
• Stay informed about the latest state laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with our team of approachable professionals.
• Manage an established portfolio of clients: Households with average assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
• Must possess a valid license in the specified state.
• Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply.
• Capable of conducting client meetings virtually, but must also be available for in-person meetings to oversee document execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
