This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Oversee the regional implementation and advancement of the Enterprise Service Management Practice strategy.
• Integrate the global practice strategy within the region, while ensuring excellence in consulting, delivery quality, and commercial performance.
• Create ESM solutions, reusable intellectual property, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead and empower Principal Consultants and Product Owners.
• Represent the Practice to key clients, Atlassian, and partners.
• Take ownership of regional Practice performance, capabilities, skill development, and the ESM shadow P&L.
• Manage complex and strategic engagements while advising key clients.
• Collaborate with Delivery Management on capacity, skills, and enablement requirements.
• Establish team objectives, prioritize tasks, and support career advancement.
• Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Practice talent.
• Assist in strategic opportunities, solution design, statements of work, delivery models, pipeline reviews, and deal assurance.
• Promote the adoption of the ESM solution catalogue and reusable components.
• Manage the regional lifecycle and development of ESM solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Serve as the design authority and promote repeatable solutions across Consulting, Sales, and Delivery.
• Collaborate with teams in Delivery, Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, Global Partner Management, and Solutions.
• Proven leader in Professional Services or Consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex engagements in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong leadership skills, commercial insight, and client-facing experience.
• Capability to translate strategy into scalable solutions and measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Service Management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Atlassian and Jira Service Management is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem and its ESM offerings is highly regarded.
• Ability to thrive in an international setting.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
