Escrow Analysis Representative I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Examine and investigate errors from all mass analysis exceptions reports.

• Investigate and confirm loan-level stops that hinder analysis.

• Audit escrow shortages below $2,000.

• Handle requests for both interim and annual analysis.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

• Conduct research and validate discrepancies using reports, systems, guidelines, and exceptions.

• Collaborate with the appropriate Escrow divisions to implement corrections.

• Work autonomously to guarantee that the annual analysis of all escrow accounts meets regulatory requirements.

• Complete annual regulatory compliance training.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of prior loan servicing experience.

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Self-sufficient worker who performs well under tight deadlines.

• Must be capable of completing annual regulatory compliance training.

• Must have the ability to type and use a computer for extended periods.

• May need to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
