ERP Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect business and technical requirements, documenting both current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform following approved design standards.

• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security measures, and process dependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, promote user adoption, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Contribute to the development of dependable and maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, technical teams, and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally 5+ years of experience in a relevant professional capacity.

• Hands-on experience with the enterprise platform, tools, and delivery methods pertinent to the approved project.

• Background in implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform specified in the job title.

• Strong knowledge of relevant business processes and the platform's essential capabilities.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions made.

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing procedures, and production support.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
