ERP Dev Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product along with the various business needs and requirements of customers.

• Showcase product expertise by managing complex project assignments.

• Identify, investigate, and analyze customer inquiries and issues.

• Keep up-to-date with new system releases and features.

• Develop product specifications that act as a guide for the development team in creating new features or functionalities.

• Design, document, and implement test plans and procedures to guarantee comprehensive testing of all software components prior to deployment.

• Prepare customer-facing documentation for new features and functionalities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical position.

• A self-motivated individual with the capacity and eagerness to understand complex products and business operations.

• Outstanding critical thinking abilities.

• Strong time management and project planning capabilities.

• Highly proficient in technology, with experience in web applications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with accounting principles; experience in manufacturing or distribution is advantageous.
