ERP Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Participate in product demonstrations for potential customers, addressing technical inquiries and showcasing advanced functionalities.

• Create proof-of-concept presentations to demonstrate Velixo's capabilities to prospective clients.

• Collect and analyze customer requirements, identify and address obstacles, estimate project scope, and draft specification documents.

• Generate customer reports based on the specifications outlined in the documents.

• Provide initial assistance to new users, guiding them through the features of the product and resolving common issues.

• Conduct in-depth training sessions for clients, partners, and team members.

• Develop training materials and documentation tailored to various user skill levels.

• Acquire extensive knowledge of Velixo and the ERP systems with which it integrates.

• Stay informed about the latest industry trends in reporting techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering.

• Over 5 years of experience in the enterprise software sector.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including data-enhancement functions, dynamic arrays, filters, conditional formatting, pivot tables, lambdas, and data sources.

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information effectively to clients.

• Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.

• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.

• Experience with an ERP system, particularly Acumatica or Sage Intacct, is an advantage.
