ERP and HRIS Systems Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, configure, and sustain ERP and HRIS systems, including Rippling.

• Convert the needs of Finance, HR, and Operations into effective configurations and solutions.

• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and process automations.

• Execute testing and validation of configurations, updates, features, and integrations.

• Assist with data integration, migration, and validation across various systems.

• Manage access profiles and permissions.

• Offer technical support for system integrations and ensure data flow accuracy.

• Deliver functional support to users.

• Train and guide users on system features and processes.

• Identify and recommend enhancements to systems and processes.

• Assist with implementations, updates, and continuous improvement of corporate systems.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, processes, standards, and usage guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal departments, global teams, and system vendors.

• Perform additional tasks as requested by the department and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, administering, supporting, or implementing ERP and/or HRIS systems.

• Familiarity with Rippling.

• Experience in ERP implementation within the Construction, Engineering, or Projects sector.

• Solid understanding of SQL.

• Experience in technical documentation and data standardization.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficiency in English.
