Equipment Finance Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt, efficient, accurate, and professional service to clients.

• Emphasize customer retention and satisfaction.

• Manage customer communications in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

• Process a high volume of incoming calls, as well as some outbound calls, emails, and written responses to web requests.

• Collect overdue payments.

• Coordinate responsibilities across departments to ensure timely responses to customer service inquiries.

• Address billing and insurance inquiries, customer complaints, payoffs, and other assigned tasks.

• Collaborate with vendors and the sales team to foster a cohesive team environment and best serve clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience and knowledge in customer service, particularly in a call center or customer support capacity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong active listening and verbal communication abilities.

• Skilled in problem-solving.

• Capable of multitasking and effectively managing time.

• Experience in conflict resolution.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or collections setting.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
