Entry-Level Sales Representative – Warm Leads Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads from individuals who have reached out to the company directly.

• Follow up with interested outbound leads from those who have requested information.

• Conduct calls and Zoom meetings with potential life insurance clients.

• Assess families’ situations and their coverage requirements.

• Clarify coverage options from over 60 carrier partners.

• Provide honest answers to customer inquiries and assist them in making informed decisions.

• Perform follow-up calls as necessary.

• Monitor daily activities and achieve production targets.

• Complete onboarding training on life insurance products, client interactions, objections handling, and daily systems.

• Benefit from ongoing coaching and team support while developing a personal book of business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable and self-assured while communicating on the phone.

• Open to coaching and eager to adhere to a tested script and training framework.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident.

• Must be able to pass a standard background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a strong willingness to obtain one quickly through a guided process.

• No prior insurance experience is necessary.
